FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

• Resetting the system.
  NOTICE! Resetting the system all coded information and messages will be lost. System will be loaded with basic factory settings. The passwords will be back to the original default- 123456. you must code/ register all wireless sensors again after reset.
  Reset procedure:
  - System must be disarmed.
  -  Press reset button and keep it pressed
  -  Plug off 12V Supply from alarm system
  -  Plug on 12V supply at alarm system again, alarm LED will have a brief flash
  -  Release rest button and let system LED to boecome green.
  Now system is reset and back to factory settings. (the passwords is  123456)
  
  
• How to add the new sensors with the alarm system (Registering wireless sensors with control unit )
  If you use only kit sensors, system is ready to be power on. sensors and remote controls delivered in kit are already coded (registered) in the system by factory. Plug  in DC 12V power supply  in alarm system. 
  if the alarm system needs to add the new sensors, such as wireless door gap sensors,remote controls and so on, you can make the new sensors works with in 20 seconds after the power is on.When the nwe sensor works,the light will flash on time and with one "Di" sound for confirm.after 20 seconds,the alarm system  turns int o normal working.
  Test all sensors and repeat procedure for any  sensor,if it necessary.
  Maximum number of wireless sensors that can be coded by system is 16. But you can register countless wireless sensors by changing sensors' ID.
  
• How to cancel the lost sensors in the alarm system
  When the wireless sensors are lost (like the remote contaoller,)  users need to clear this remote controller,making suer secure.Press the RESET key on the back of the alarm system and then plug in power, the signal light flashes once or the siren sounds"Di" for once,means the alarm system reset. After reset the alarm system,all setup comeback to the time when it came from factory, the password is 123456.
